About this apartment rental
Our studio is an ideal cocoon for couples' getaways. It invites you to relax in all seasons thanks to the spa and the swimming pool and offers you a quiet environment between vineyards and forest.
Located in a listed medieval village in the Ardèche, you will be halfway between the Gorges de l'Ardèche and the Drôme Provençale where gastronomy and cultural discoveries are mixed.
• Accommodation:
Freshly renovated, our accommodations are furnished in a style combining the charm of the old and the comfort of the modern.
Please note that the studio is located on the first floor of our residence and that the entrance is through a common hall.
It consists of:
- A large living room with a fully equipped kitchen (hob, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee maker); a dining area and a sleeping area with a 140cm bed
- A stone bathroom with double sink, bathtub and walk-in shower
- A separate toilet
• Outside:
The studio has a private balcony with a view of the pool and the surrounding countryside.
The rest of the outdoor spaces are to be shared with the owners:
- The swimming pool accessible from May to September depending on the weather
- The spa area
- The pétanque
- The ping-pong table
- The garden
• Parking:
Free private parking in front of the studio.
• Location:
Located in Alba la Romaine, a village steeped in history between antiquity and medieval, 30 minutes from the Gorges de l'Ardèche and 25 min. from Montélimar. Cafés, restaurants, tobacconists, bakeries and grocery stores are present in the village.
Many activities are possible within the village itself: hiking; horseback riding; visit the archaeological museum; tasting of local wines in the winegrowers' cellar; visit the castle.
Within a 30-minute radius, you can also:
Canoe down the Gorges de l'Ardèche; go canyoning; visit caves and hilltop villages; ride a rail bike; go caving/via ferrata/via corda; go ATV or buggy rides; cycle through the vineyards thanks to the "between vineyards and valleys" route or be pampered in a spa centre!
• Traveller access:
The studio is private and the outdoor spaces are to be shared with the owners. Please note that access to the owners' terrace is prohibited.
