Just a few kilometers away, the magnificent Plateau des Mille Étangs (Plateau of a Thousand Lakes) reveals its enchanting landscapes. Looking to recharge even further? The thermal spas of Luxeuil-les-Bains, Plombières-les-Bains, and Bains-les-Bains invite you to enjoy their benefits in a setting steeped in history and serenity. This independent cottage is located in a preserved and secluded environment, offering magnificent views of the surrounding wooded landscapes and a charming fountain.
The cottage comprises:
- An entrance through the old cart shed
- A fully equipped kitchen
- A living room with a pellet stove
- A bedroom with a double bed
- A shower room with a walk-in shower
- A separate toilet
Upstairs:
- A mezzanine lounge with a flat-screen TV
- A bedroom with a double bed
- A bedroom with two single beds
- A shower room
- A separate toilet
Outside:
- An enclosed wooden terrace
- A lawned garden
- A children's play structure and a pétanque court
- An unfenced pond on the property: children remain the responsibility of their parents. Fishing and swimming are prohibited.
Additional amenities:
- Laundry room with washing machine and dryer
- Utility room with foosball table, children's games, and storage space for bicycles, motorcycles, or strollers
- Baby equipment available on request (travel cot, high chair).

Rates and conditions of stay
- Electricity charges not included: consumption billed according to meter reading (€0.28/kWh consumed)
- Use of the pellet stove is an additional charge: €7 per 15 kg bag (price subject to change)
- Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning: €60
- Optional towel rental: €10 per person for stays of 1 to 7 nights
- Pets allowed (maximum 2, subject to conditions) with an additional charge of €8 per day per pet. A specific deposit of €150 per pet will be required (€300 for two pets). Ground floor: bedroom with a 140 cm bed, bathroom with walk-in shower, separate WC, kitchen, living room with pellet stove, relaxation area (chaise longue, armchair, flat-screen TV) and direct access to the terrace. For a personalized welcome, remember to inform the owner of your approximate arrival time.
Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival:
