About this house rental
Welcome to our 100 m² house located just 10 minutes' walk from the ocean, on the road between Bretignolles-sur-Mer and Brem-sur-Mer. Ideal for holidays with family or friends, it can accommodate up to 8 people in a peaceful setting, with all the comforts needed for a successful vacation. Thanks to its outdoor space, enjoy outdoor meals and relaxing moments with family or friends.

On the ground floor, a master bedroom with double bed (160x200) + closet, bathroom (Italian shower, towel dryer and hairdryer) and separate WC.
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom (shower, towel dryer and WC). The first bedroom has a double bed (140x190) + closet. The second bedroom has a double bed (140x190), a bunk bed (90x190) and a floor bed (90x190) + closet.
Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor hood, microwave, coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer section
