The seaside resort of Heringsdorf is one of three imperial spas on the island of Usedom. The well-preserved and well-maintained historic town center, with its Art Nouveau villas—most of which have been extensively renovated—exudes a wonderful charm. Villa Kramme is located in the center of this beautiful town, so there are no long walks. The beach, the pier, restaurants, and cafés are just a few minutes’ walk away. Shopping is also available in the immediate vicinity.

This modern and comfortably furnished 3-room apartment measures 94 square meters and is located on the first floor of Villa Kramme, which was built in 1895 as a summer residence. It offers plenty of space for 4–5 people to enjoy a relaxing stay by the Baltic Sea. The bright living room features a rattan couch and armchairs, as well as a large flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen—including a dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven with built-in microwave, refrigerator, and more—is open and integrated into the living area. The dining area in the light-filled loggia is perfect for enjoying meals together. From here, you can enjoy a great view of the hustle and bustle on Heringsdorf’s Kulmstraße. A spacious and modern bedroom is located at the back of the house and is equipped with a comfortable double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200), ample closet space, and an additional sleeper sofa (0.70 x 2.00). The second bedroom offers guests a box-spring bed (separate mattresses, 0.90 x 2.00), a seating area, and plenty of space for your clothes. Two bathrooms complete this apartment.

A free parking space is assigned to the apartment. It is located at the Heringsdorf church, about an 8-minute walk away. There is a loading and unloading area right next to the building. Please note that a deposit of 15.00 euros is required for the parking permit.
