A rustic, comfortable sofa set invites you to relax and unwind. The large flat-screen TV serves as a high-end entertainment center with true cinema-quality sound. A beautiful, spacious dining area in a bay window is ideal for long evenings of conversation or leisurely breakfasts, brunches, or dinners. The view from the sun-drenched southwest-facing balcony of the glamorous villas in the surrounding area transports you to a bygone era when Berlin’s high society would stay in these homes to enjoy their summer retreat on the Baltic Sea—just as you do today. The kitchen opens onto the living-dining room and is equipped with all necessary appliances. The tableware in the cabinets is also high-quality and elegant.
