About this house rental

Double entrance via lower and upper ground floor. Gite on the 1st floor : Living room, dining area with 1 sofa bed for 2 people (140x190). Kitchenette. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190). 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190). Shower room, separate toilet. Public parking 20 m away equipped with electric vehicle charging stations. Charges included, tourist tax extra. Cleaning/request package. Experience in a mountain village perched at 1450m between the Gorges du Cians and the Valberg resort. Gîte fully renovated in spring 2024, located in a village house on 4 levels, close to shops and facing the church and its bell tower. South-facing, mountain views. Beuil, a beautiful mountain village in Mercantour National Park, offers all local shops and mountain activities/leisure activities. In winter: Nordic ski area with 25km of slopes, Beuil/Les Launes ski area connected to the Valberg area (7km by road), toboggan runs... In summer: departure point for numerous hikes, mountain biking, canyoning in the Cians and Daluis gorges... Village apartment for 6 people, at the foot of the Beuil/Launes estate, connecting to Valberg Mercantour
