About this apartment rental
Perched on the Kulm, the "San Marino" spa villa—lovingly renovated in 2004—is nestled in a quiet, park-like setting. Each of the tastefully furnished and cozy apartments features a balcony, a terrace, or a loggia. Children will enjoy the small playground on the property, which features two swings, a standard seesaw, a spring-loaded seesaw, and two benches.
In just a few minutes’ walk, you can reach the lively town center with its numerous cafés, restaurants, and shopping options. From here, you can quickly reach the Heringsdorf pier. At 508 meters, it is the longest pier in Germany. The town center is also home to the popular concert shell and the world’s largest beach chair!
To round out your vacation experience, a free communal sauna in the central entrance of “Haus Annette” (on the property) welcomes you from mid-September through mid-May. You can warm up and relax on several lounge chairs and in a small seating area during the following hours:
4:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays
At “Haus Valentino” (on the property), you can use a bike storage room as well as a washing machine and dryer for a fee.
Each apartment has one parking space available.
To access the property, you’ll receive a remote control upon arrival, for which a cash deposit of 50 € is required.
This 63-square-meter, 3-room apartment is located on the first floor, faces southwest, and is suitable for 4 people. Make yourself at home in this tastefully furnished and lovingly decorated vacation home. The bright, welcoming living area combines dining, cooking, and living spaces. The cozy seating area in the bright loggia invites you to relax; a flat-screen TV and stereo system are, of course, provided. A fully equipped kitchen, featuring a refrigerator, dishwasher, ceramic cooktop with oven, microwave, etc., as well as a large dining table, is available in the rear living area. Both bedrooms are furnished with a double bed featuring separate mattresses (90 x 200) and ample closet space. The two bathrooms feature a bathtub or shower and a sink/toilet. A parking space is located on the property and is assigned to the apartment. A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement. During the winter months, guests have free access to a sauna on various days.
Please note that a security deposit of 50.00 euros in cash must be paid upon arrival.
