About this apartment rental
Perched on the Kulm, the "San Marino" spa villa—lovingly renovated in 2004—is nestled in a quiet, park-like setting. Each of the tastefully furnished and cozy apartments features a balcony, a terrace, or a loggia. Children will enjoy the small playground on the property, which includes two swings, a standard seesaw, a spring-loaded seesaw, and two benches.
In just a few minutes’ walk, you can reach the lively town center with its numerous cafés, restaurants, and shopping options. From here, you can quickly reach the Heringsdorf pier. The town center is also home to the popular concert shell and the world’s largest beach chair!
To round out your vacation experience, a free communal sauna in the central entrance of “Haus Annette” (on the property) welcomes you from mid-September through mid-May. You can warm up and relax on several lounge chairs and in a small seating area during the following times:
4:00 PM – 10:00 PM on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays
At “Haus Valentino” (on the property), you can use a bike storage room as well as a washing machine and dryer for a fee.
Each apartment has 1 parking space available.
To access the property, you will receive a remote control upon your
arrival, for which a cash deposit of 50 € is required.
This 53-square-meter 2-room apartment is located on the 1st floor of the villa. The living room features a cozy corner sofa or a small sofa with a TV. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, microwave, oven, and a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, is open to the living area. You can enjoy your meals at the dining table in the sun-drenched, south-facing loggia. The highlight of the loggia is the three-panel window that can be opened almost completely. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed with separate mattresses, ample closet space, and an additional TV. The en suite bathroom ensures privacy and is equipped with a shower and a sink/toilet. From the furnished balcony facing the lake—which is accessible from the bedroom—you can catch a glimpse of the Baltic Sea. The loggia offers two additional sleeping options in the form of a sleeper sofa (sleeping area 180 x 200). These guests also have their own bathroom, which is equipped with a bathtub and a sink/toilet. The parking space is located on the property and is assigned to the apartment. A washer and dryer are available in the basement. Pets are allowed in this apartment.
Please note that a security deposit of 50.00 euros in cash must be paid upon arrival.
