Located directly on the promenade in the Baltic Sea resort of Ahlbeck, Villa Luna enjoys a quiet beachfront setting where Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck merge—centrally located yet away from the bustling centers, nestled between the two famous piers, on the island’s most beautiful stretch of beach. The sophisticated town of Heringsdorf is just as easily accessible on foot as the authentic town of Ahlbeck. Villa Luna, built around 1900 and extensively renovated about 100 years later, is a listed historic building and catches the eye of passersby and onlookers alike thanks to its facade, richly adorned with numerous stucco elements.

This spacious, light-filled 3-room maisonette apartment is located on the first floor and first floor, featuring a furnished terrace facing the lake with a view of the promenade. The living area on the lower level features a small sitting area with a flat-screen TV, as well as an open-concept fully equipped kitchen, including a ceramic cooktop with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, etc. In the adjacent loggia, a large dining area is perfect for sharing meals together. The bathroom is also on the lower level and is equipped with a walk-in glass shower and a sink/toilet. Both bedrooms are on the upper level, accessible via a staircase from the living area, and furnished with a double bed featuring separate mattresses and a walk-in or large closet. The highlight of this apartment is the second loggia, which adjoins one of the two bedrooms and is furnished with two comfortable armchairs. From here, you can't only smell the sea but also catch glimpses of it through the trees. The view extends all the way to the Ahlbeck pier. This wonderful spot invites you to read, daydream, and relax. Guests who prefer to enjoy the sun and sea air up close can use the terrace, which extends around the corner of the house.
