Built in 1900 and lovingly renovated in 2002, this seaside villa accommodates up to 4 guests in Apartment 06—a spacious loft apartment spanning 100 square meters across the first floor and attic. It offers a side view of the sea and a terrace where you can almost smell the Baltic Sea.
On the first floor, you’ll find a large bedroom with a double bed as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a glass-ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. The dining table seats up to six people. A modern bathroom with a shower and heated floors rounds out the floor.
A spiral staircase leads to the attic: Here lies the heart of the apartment—a cozy living room with a fireplace and a comfortable sofa area featuring a flat-screen TV. The adjoining terrace with a view of the sea invites you to spend relaxing hours outdoors. The second bathroom features both a shower and a bathtub. The second bedroom, with a double bed, is located under the distinctive sloping ceiling—cozy and quiet. Please note: The ceiling height in this bedroom is limited and should be taken into account by taller guests.
Free Wi-Fi, a lockable bike storage room, a shared washing machine in the building, and a parking space right next to the building (for a fee of 3 € per day) round out the amenities. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment.
