Classic architecture meets urban interior design: With its bright, welcoming charm, the renovated Villa Theresa blends seamlessly into the array of historic buildings along Delbrückstraße and welcomes its guests into high-quality, tastefully furnished apartments. Take in the tranquil atmosphere of this street lined with villas as you take a stroll. The Heringsdorf pier and the lively town center, with its numerous restaurants and fashion boutiques, are a leisurely 7-minute walk away if you—with the building behind you—follow Delbrückstraße to the right.
To get to the beach, with the house behind you, follow Delbrückstraße about 50 meters to the left. At the intersection, keep left and turn onto “Liehrstraße.” From here, you’ll reach the promenade and the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach after about 100 meters.
A washing machine is available for a fee and is located on the first floor, immediately to the left as you enter the villa. You can park your own or rented bicycles in an open bike rack. Guests staying in Apartments 2 & 4 also have access to a separate, lockable bike shed.
One parking space on the property is assigned to each apartment with the corresponding number.
This spacious, beautiful vacation home welcomes its guests with tasteful, modern furnishings. The 75-square-meter three-room apartment is located on the first floor and offers plenty of comfort. The spacious, light-filled living room features a cozy seating area with a flat-screen TV, CD/DVD player, and radio. A large dining table invites you to enjoy meals together. The small south-facing balcony, accessible from the living room, promises sunshine almost all day long. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a refrigerator, dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, and oven, is also open and integrated into the living area. Both bedrooms are furnished with a double bed featuring separate mattresses (80 and 90 x 200, with a continuous topper) and a wardrobe. Throughout the living and sleeping areas, the original hardwood floor has been lovingly restored and exudes a special charm. In the modern bathrooms, each attached to a bedroom, you’ll find a sink/toilet and either a bathtub or a shower. A parking space is located on the property and is assigned to the apartment.
