The "Villa Charlotte" stands majestically on a hill surrounded by lush greenery on Delbrückstraße in Heringsdorf—an attractive location where many magnificent new-construction and seaside-style villas shape the overall character of the largest imperial resort.
If you walk down Delbrückstraße to the left or right, after about 40 meters you’ll reach the cross streets “Neuer Weg” and “Liehrstraße,” from which the promenade and direct beach access points are about 100 meters away. From here, you can easily reach the Heringsdorf pier, the lively town center, or the popular “Chapeau Rouge” theater in about 10 minutes on foot.
Restaurants are within walking distance along the promenade in both directions.
A washing machine is available for a fee and is located in the basement (to the right of the bike racks). You can securely store your own or rented bicycles in a lockable bike shed assigned separately to each vacation apartment.
Each apartment has one parking space on the property, marked with the corresponding apartment number.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and ample closet space. A flat-screen TV is, of course, included. A spacious terrace with furniture rounds out this apartment. In addition, the building offers a coin-operated washing machine in the basement, which you can use for a fee of 5 x 1.00 EUR.
