This beautiful city view condo has been totally remodeled, located in the heart of Cabo San Lucas, one block from the famous Medano beach, and only a five-minute walk to the center of Cabo and the Marina, there are two elevators in the building. The condo sleeps 4, the bedroom features a 'King' bed and in the living room there is a Queen size Sofa bed.
The condo Features a well-appointed full bathroom. A fully fitted kitchen which will take care of all your cooking needs. Eat in the condo or dine poolside at ‘Tres Amigas Cantina’.
Entertainment is provided by a 65” Smart Flat Screen TV in the living room providing you with hundreds of channels to choose from and a 43” Smart Flat Screen TV in the bedroom. Quiet air conditioning and ceiling fans in each room will keep you comfortable during the warm summer nights. To keep you in touch with the rest of the world this condo has its own dedicated Fiber Optic Internet service (250 Mbps) plus phone service with free Local & International calling.
In the Lobby of the building, you will find a beautiful Nail Bar & Spa, Serrano’s Bar and General Store. Also in the lobby is our concierge ‘Elly’ who will be happy to help you book your dinner reservations or book any of the many activities that are in Cabo and surrounding areas.
