This beautiful completely remodeled One Bedroom Loft Penthouse features a large bedroom upstairs with a queen size bed, flat screen TV and a stereo system with iPod adapter. There is also a nice sitting bar which has a view of downtown Cabo San Lucas. Also located on the upper floor is a large bathroom tiled in marble with an open rain shower and a large make up area with Granite counter top and marble sink.
The first level of this penthouse features the kitchen area with a small breakfast bar finished in granite. The kitchen is complete with all the appliances needed to prepare a meal.
The living room has a futon sofa bed, flat screen TV / DVD player with satellite feed providing 200 channels. There is also a CD player complete with iPod system.
Pocket doors lead from the living room area to the outside terrace making it all one great room when they are opened up. The terrace has nice views of downtown Cabo with great sunsets every night and features a gas BBQ with seating for 4 people.

I did hit my head on the wall near the bed which was not pleasant. The unit was clean and quiet. The proximity to the beach was not bad. The hair dryer was not getting hot. Thank you for the beers!
