This modern & clean home (constructed in 2023) boasts a generous two story layout featuring 5 bedrooms, including a ground floor double bedroom with its own ensuite, as well as 2nd ensuite & main bathroom on the upper level. Its spacious open plan living makes it the perfect base for corporate groups or large families. An internal access garage enhances both convenience and security.

On the ground floor guests will enter through a hallway leading onto the light filled open plan living, dining and kitchen, with doors opening out to the surrounding sunny garden. Also on this level is a queen sized bedroom with a bathroom complete with shower. The house has internal access into the single garage and laundry area. Upstairs are 4 further bedrooms, an ensuite, and main bathroom complete with shower and bathtub.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with with bar seating, Nespresso machine, crockery, refrigerator/freezer, double oven, electric cooktop, kettle, toaster, microwave, drinking glasses, and baking dishes.
Bedroom 1: Located on the ground floor with queen size bed, beside table, large wardrobe with hangers, and ensuite bathroom.
