Welcome to Phoenix Gulf Shores 2305 — a stunning east-facing corner unit with four spacious bedrooms and four full bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 14 guests. This luxury condo is perched perfectly to offer incredible 270° views of the Gulf Coast, including a jaw-dropping stretch of beach views to the east. Whether you’re enjoying sunrise coffee on the balcony or winding down after a beach day, the views here are simply unforgettable.
Inside, you’ll find a beautifully curated space with tile flooring throughout, accented by cozy area rugs, and floor-to-ceiling windows in both the living and dining rooms that flood the space with natural light. A large sliding glass door leads to a spacious tiled balcony furnished with high-end POLYWOOD outdoor furniture, perfect for lounging or dining al fresco. The master suite also has private balcony access, so you can enjoy the coastal breeze anytime.
The sleeping arrangements are ideal for larger groups or families:
• Master bedroom: King bed + en suite bath with double vanity, Jacuzzi tub, and a large glass walk-in shower
• Second bedroom: Two queen beds + private bath with a gorgeous tiled walk-in shower
• Third bedroom: Two queen beds + private bath with walk-in shower
• Fourth bedroom: Two queen beds with loft-style twin bunks above + en suite bath with walk-in shower
Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, and two of the guest rooms offer beautiful beach-facing views, bringing in that coastal charm.
The living area is spacious and inviting, featuring a large sectional sofa, swivel chairs, fire place, a ceiling fan, perfect for relaxing after a sun-soaked day. The dining area seats eight, and the kitchen bar offers six additional barstools, so there’s room for everyone.
Speaking of the kitchen — it’s a true showstopper! Enjoy white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, double ovens, a hooded stove, microwave drawer, and a bold black tile backsplash. There’s also a secondary bar area complete with an icemaker, small sink, wine cooler, and beverage fridge, making entertaining easy and elegant.
The living room features a stunning 98-inch television with a soundbar for an immersive viewing experience, while each of the four bedrooms is equipped with a 75-inch TV. Above the bar, a handcrafted mosaic creates the illusion of peering into a vibrant aquarium, adding a unique artistic touch.
For added convenience, the condo is equipped with a large full-size washer and dryer.

BEST CONDO STAY EVER! My three kids and parents had more than enough space, the furnishings were beautiful, the condo was spotlessly cleaned, furniture was in excellent condition and beds and bedding were extremely comfortable! The assortment of kitchenware (plates, glasses, utensils, pots, pans, blender, margarita machine, toaster, coffee maker, etc. were more than I could have asked for and we felt like first class! Thank you for an INCREDIBLE stay and experience!

Beautiful condo. Would recommend toEveryone. Clean, children loved the pool and beach. Only a couple of suggestions ( which are minor) Some sort of stool in the showers, easier toShave legs. also a hook or something to hang wet wash clothes in showers. One other issue. The kitchen sink and dishwasher didn't have hot water. The place is beautiful with plenty of space for our give children. We loved the view of the beach while drinking coffee.
