The open-concept living area features a large sectional sofa, a swivel chair, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light and lead out to a spacious Gulf-front balcony.
The dining area includes a beautiful chandelier and seating for six, while the breakfast bar offers seating for four, making it easy to enjoy meals together. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and everything you need to feel at home.
The condo also includes a separate wet bar, complete with its own sink and icemaker—great for entertaining or keeping your drinks cold by the beach.

This unit does not have any dressers in either of the 2 hall bedrooms - which each sleep 4 per room. There is no where for guests to place clothes, other than hanging. I don't think the unit was vacuumed prior to our arrival - there was already sand in the hallway and Froot-Loop cereal on the living room rug (we did not have cereal our entire stay). The couch was rather dirty when we arrived. The booking confirmation email I received indicated 11:00am check out. The day prior to our departure, Brett-Robinson texted stating it was a 10:00am check-out. When I sent them the email, they claimed they had no knowledge of that email and I needed to take up the issue with VRBO. VRBO sends out unit details as per unit owner instructions. Brett-Robinson was not friendly. Last summer we rented the same condo, different unit owner. That owner was amazing, unit was better furnished, we also had access to the hallway storage for beach items. Not sure we will rent from BR again.

This is a beautiful condo. The third floor was perfect. We had a clear sight line of the beach and the water. We were able to park on the third floor of the parking garage which was only steps from the front door of the condo. This made coming and going so easy. My entire family commented on how nice it was to park so close to our condo unlike most places where you wait on elevators for extended periods of time to get to and from the condo to your car. This place had large rooms and it was quiet which was what I wanted. We would absolutely stay here again.

The perfect location, close to the state park, one floor up from beach access. The condo was huge with plenty of space. Only a few complaints. The biggest complaint was lack of furniture in the bedrooms. The master was fully equipped, but the kids room (which the kids LOVED the loft bed) only had a single nightstand. No dresser to put clothes in. So 4 suitcases sprawled across the floor. Same with the second bedroom. 1 nightstand, no dresser. So my elderly parents were living out of a suitcase on the floor and used a cooler as a second nightstand. Only one supplied roll of toilet paper per bathroom and only two kitchen towels. So just little stuff that could be easily fixed. Still it is a 5 star review. Beds were comfortable, pool was great, the kids loved the lazy River and slide. We will come back!

The condo was absolutely stunning! The kitchen had everything we needed to stay in and make meals while enjoying the gorgeous views of the gulf. Could see dolphins every morning from the balcony, which was super fun. Pool/hot tub were a big hit for the kids. We would definitely stay again.
