Continue through to the charming kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare anything from lazy brunches to hearty family dinners, best enjoyed around the inviting dining table. A separate snug room offers a sofa bed for flexible sleeping arrangements on the ground floor and provides a perfect place to relax. The ground floor also features a handy utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and a separate cloakroom with a WC.
Upstairs, you'll find three well-appointed bedrooms. The main bedroom features a king-size bed and calming décor, while the second bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, which can be configured as twin singles, on request. Bedroom three houses a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top - ideal for families or younger guests. A family bathroom with a bath with shower over, wash basin and WC completes the first floor.
Outside, the enclosed tiered garden is a real gem. Enjoy sunny breakfasts on the patio area or evening sundowners on your raised decked terrace, providing the most idyllic views across rolling countryside hills. On a clear day, you can even enjoy views across the sea to Lundy Island. Stay here until dusk settles as pretty festoon lighting and the twinkling night sky turns the outside space into a magical haven. There is also a charcoal barbecue, to complete the experience.
Whether you're surfing the waves at Croyde, strolling the sands of Woolacombe, or exploring the wild moors of Exmoor, this cosy cottage offers a relaxing retreat at the end of every adventure.
