3BR w/ Tesla EV Charger + Minutes to AMI

Our stay was wonderful. The location is perfect allowing access to AMI w a short, beautiful walk across the bridge. We passed cars on foot as they stood in line waiting to cross.The place was immaculate, well stocked, and a great place to hang out. The elevator was particularly beneficial for my mom who uses a walker.We highly recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Clean rooms, location is nice, family friendly. I don't expect a stocked condiment bar, but more than 1 garbage bag, 2 rolls of toilet paper for 3 baths, 1 roll of Econo papertowel, no dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, no laundry pods, surface cleaner? The house is bare bones. None of the extras are required, but a salt and pepper shaker, and maybe a single coffee pod would start it all off a little better. All good though, 3.85

Although the unit was clean and pleasant, we happened to have a "comedy of errors" during our stay: 1) The host was unaware of a new gate to the property that evidently had been installed just prior to our arrival, so we were not given a gate code. We called the phone # on the gate sign, and were happy that someone answered and could get us in. 2) The elevator in the unit is a wonderful addition for a three-story unit; however, somehow it was not properly prepared and there were no instructions (how hard is it to operate an elevator? have to make sure the double doors are closed on all three floors before using), so we got stuck inside for 10 minutes before our son rescued us. 3) the second night we returned late and tired and were locked out of the unit. We called the phone # that we were given if you have an emergency (i.e. pipe burst or get locked out) and we got a voicemail that said the office was closed and they would call back in the morning. Sigh. Blessedly, our daughter-in-law TEXTED the phone number and got a response. 40 minutes later the manager came and got us inside. The keypad was repaired the following morning. We had no other problems getting in. Just a few other minor notes:-the toilet handle in the primary bathroom needs repair-the Keurig did not work-the refrigerator filter needs changing-we would highly recommend that grab bars be added to the shower
