We loved the house, it has a great layout for multi-generational families! The location close to the bike track and playground was a huge win with the kids. The adults appreciated lots of fun design details incorporated in the home like the stone wall by the stairs, the windows in the living room high enough to see the tops of the trees, the shade in the backyard in the late afternoon, and thoughtful details like heaters on the back patio. The check-in and check out processes were very easy and not overwhelming. We had a great stay and would definitely choose here again when we come back to Suncadia!

We had a wonderful stay at this home for a family gathering. The home is as beautiful and lovely as pictured. The sleeping arrangements worked perfectly, the kids (and adults) loved the game room, and the kitchen & indoor/outdoor dining setup was perfection for our large group. We would stay again!

Reviewer Comments:
We have stayed in several houses in Suncadia and each time they just get better! This home was super spacious, had enough room for our whole crew, and was really clean. The sauna was an added bonus along with the heated garage filled with fun activities. The backyard was awesome. The kids loved exploring in the woods and we all enjoyed the hot tub. We had a great time!

I had an amazing stay at Grand Mountain Estate in Suncadia. The home’s aesthetics and striking design immediately stood out—every detail was thoughtfully considered, creating a truly elevated atmosphere. The furnishings were designer-grade, and the bedding was some of the most comfortable I’ve experienced at any rental. The highlight for me was the private spa, complete with a sauna and hot tub, which added the perfect finishing touch to an already exceptional stay. This property offers a one-of-a-kind experience, unlike anything else in Suncadia. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious getaway.
