We recently stayed at this property and the house itself was absolutely beautiful. It was in excellent condition, very clean, and accommodated our group perfectly. The layout, comfort, and overall upkeep were truly impressive, and we really enjoyed being in the space.That said, the management company was a bit unusual to work with. The day before our arrival—and even during our stay—we received several messages that felt more like warnings than standard communication. For example, we were asked to film a video of the entire home upon arrival to document its condition, which gave the impression that past guests may have caused issues and future guests are now bearing the burden of that. It created an unnecessarily tense tone for an otherwise lovely stay.There was also a mix-up on their end regarding the security deposit. They hadn’t charged it in advance, and then attempted to charge my card for a significant amount during the stay, which was stressful and entirely due to their administrative oversight.Overall, the property itself is wonderful and I would happily stay in the home again. I just hope the management company can streamline their process and adjust their communication style, as it would make the experience far more enjoyable for future guests.
