Welcome to the smallest seaside resort on the island of Usedom. The small, charming former fishing village of Zempin is located at the narrowest point of the island of Usedom, nestled between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser.
Our cozy, well-furnished two-room vacation apartment is located on the first floor.
The beautiful Baltic Sea beach is a 900-meter walk away, and the Zempin fishing harbor on the Achterwasser is just a 300-meter walk away.
In the summer, numerous concerts and events take place on the spa square in the seaside resort of Zempin. Small shops and restaurants are also within easy reach. Enjoy and experience the beautiful, sunny island of Usedom.



WE 11:

A tasteful, non-smoking vacation apartment in a sunny attic for two people.
No media overload or trendy styling. You can relax on the balcony or at the Baltic Sea beach, located about 900 m away. The intimate residential complex with a parking space and the Achterwasser lagoon, located about 300 m away, offer peace and quiet.
The distance to the train station and the nearest shopping area is about 500 m.
The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, a bright living and dining room facing south and east with a kitchenette, and a shower/toilet with a window. All rooms are accessible from the hallway.
The apartment comes with a parking space and a storage shed.

Any fees payable on site must be settled directly upon arrival/key handover.
Only cash payments are accepted (no card payments).



Check-in is from 3:00 to 18:00, and check-out is from 08:00 to 10:00.
