About this house rental
Warm and fully equipped country cottage with an industrial feel • 4 people.
Ideally located between the sea and the mountains, this cottage is 20 minutes from the first beaches of the French Riviera, 20 minutes from the airport or 50 minutes from the first ski resorts • change of scenery guaranteed! You are also close to the Estéron river (canyons, hiking).
Gîte on the first floor including a fully equipped kitchen, a living / dining room and a bathroom with toilet.
The master bedroom, with a 160 bed and a baby bed, is located on the mezzanine (secure stairs). A second bed is present in the living room (BZ of 140).
You have at your disposal many brochures and maps of the department as well as games to play with family or friends.
Come and recharge your batteries in the private and secure garden including a summer kitchen with barbecue and an outdoor dining area. This garden also has a relaxation area with deckchairs in the shade of the olive trees...
You can also walk on the Domaine Lou Ferouil in which you will discover a Belle Époque street reconstructed with trades and vintage cars. The owner, Pierre-Guy Martelly, a blacksmith by trade, will be able to show you his forge, his Ali Baba's cave and his anecdotes of all kinds.
You will also discover sculptures, each one more surprising than the last...
