The rooms include a kitchen and a bedroom with 1 double bed, a corner sofa for 2 people, a toilet with a shower. The studio/apartment category is 4 stars. One parking space is provided under the terrace in a covered parking lot, a terrace with comfortable garden furniture and a grill, and a garden shower with hot water and a view of the sea. The studio is equipped with WI-FI internet, SAT Flat TV, DVD player, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, and many small kitchen appliances. In our studio/apartment you will find a pleasant little sweet surprise as a sign of welcome and a wish for a pleasant stay, as well as a small token of attention in the form of a souvenir of the characteristics of our city. A private family house in a good location in the immediate vicinity of the Thalassotherapia Crikvenica health resort, only 10 m away, with a view of the sea and the island of Krk. Also, 50 m away, there is an adrenaline park and various tennis courts, five-a-side football, beach volleyball, mini-golf, handball, 100-300 m away from us. Close to the beach, promenade, restaurants, boutiques, cafes, bistros, hotels, playgrounds, shops, and various tourist offers.
