The place is amazing because of the location and owners however be sure not to book the smallest room number 2.

The distance to the beach and overall location of the place.

Our room was really small and even though the owners said that we can use the patio, most of the time it was occupied. There was no privacy and to be honest the patio was pretty messy.

Location is great - close to city center and beaches. Beautiful view from balcony. Enough space for two people, spacious bathroom (big shower), very comfortable bed, air conditioning etc. The host is very kind and helpful.

Nice location, right next to sea. 15 mins walking distance to city center.

The apartment was not cleaned properly, under sofa and beds were never touched. On booking.com the announced checkout time is 10-11am. The landlord dashed up into our stay at 10 past 10 without even knocking the door(!!!) to „kindly remind us to checkout immediately”, he spoke only croatian..

it was so small, be there two adults without space it was bad. Bathroom was full of small flies. Landlord was not expecting us.

I highly recommend to book because this apartment is brand new, has a modern design and the location is amazingly great! All the main beaches and the centre is so close, not to mention that it is at the seaside. The terrace is also splendid with the view. Just like in the pictures! Really cool ;)

The leaving time was not flexible enough, we were pressed to leave earlier a bit than the arranged time.

Great location right next to the sea, nice view from the balcony, tree shade in front of the apartment to park your car. The sunshade on the balcony was nice and the whole balcony was big enough to enjoy the day on it. The room was clean and stylish. I like tiles in the bathroom :)

The shower should be fixed, water was leaking on the floor and the main shower sprinkle wasn't working as it should. It needs replacement or fixing. The power outlet also needs to be fixed and there should be an extra power outlet in the bathroom for the hairdryer.

Perfekt

Der Gastgeber ist ein sehr sehr freundlicher Mensch. Ich habe mich familiär wohl gefüllt . Er hat uns auch zum Flughafen gefahren was ich sehr sehr freundlich fand . Komme gerne wieder. Die Villa ist super Zentral und direkt am Meer . In der Nähe gibt es ein ganz tolles Restaurant . Alles in allem ich liebte es.

APP TV . Es hat zwei Tage geregnet und somit waren wir gezwungen im Zimmer zu sein , ich konnte nur ein paar Programme auf Kroatisch wählen .

Tengerpart közelsége, egyszerű pici kis garzon szerű szoba

A foglalásban az írták parkolás biztosított, a helyszínen viszont a négy szabad hely közül csak kettőt lehetett használni, ahol viszont már álltak, így nekünk az utca fronton kellett helyet keresni, ami viszont nyilvános, így ha napközben elmegy az ember benne van a pakliban, hogy már csak messzebb tud megállni.
