About this house rental
Come and stay in this cozy new house in a quiet hamlet 5 minutes from the center of Bourg d' Oisans, in the heart of the Oisans. A garden equipped with a terrace will allow you to share peaceful moments with friends or family. Accommodation for 7 people but possibility to accommodate 9 people. Skiing, cycling, hiking, relaxation await you. Free shuttle bus to the entrance of the hamlet in summer and winter for easy access to L' Alpe d'Huez and Les 2 Alpes via the ski lifts.
Accommodation:
This pretty house built in 2025, with a surface area of 97 M2 with a pretty garden of 400m², equipped with a terrace and furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
It has:
- an entrance hall with cupboard,
- a bright living room with two sofas, a coffee table, furniture with board games, a TV.
- an open kitchen all equipped for 10 people. it is equipped with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a Nespresso pod coffee maker, a kettle, a juicer, a toaster, a raclette machine, a crepe maker. Plenty of storage is at your disposal.
- in the laundry room a washing machine, a cupboard.
- the living room gives access to the terrace and the garden.
- beautiful master bedroom with its own bathroom, 160cm bed, storage.
- a bedroom with two 90cm beds for a couple or children
- a bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed
- a desk equipped with a sofa bed, an office area with books and tourist maps.
- a lean-to with a parking space, a closed room to put your bikes or skis.
- you can enter the house through this space.
- a main entrance with a large closet will be at your disposal
- the house is equipped with underfloor heating with a pellet boiler.
Passenger access:
The entire house is reserved for travellers, only the technical room in the garage must be accessible to the owner in order to access the wood pellet boiler.
Other remarks;
To access Bourg d' Oisans, Allemond, Venosc, you have a free shuttle bus that passes at the entrance of the hamlet (runs only during the winter and summer periods. no need to take the car to access the ski slopes or go to spend a day in the resort.
