About this house rental
Located in Smyrna, this house is a dream. With 3 bedrooms including 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, guests will find comfort and space to unwind. The 2 bathrooms offer a relaxing bathtub and showers. Enjoy the enchanting atmosphere of this gorgeous property, complete with HVAC unit. Nice in unit laundry. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our house or before you arrive and have questions please message us. Enjoy front and back patios for your morning coffee or your evening libations! Riverbank fishing within walking distance. If a history buff - the Stones River Battlefield is about 5 miles away as well as many other historical and entertainment settings. Unfortunately, I do not rent to anyone under 21 years of age.

Suzi and her husband were great host. They were so kind, helpful and very accommodating. The house was very clean and smelled amazing when walking in. Suzi has thought of everything you could possible need during your stay. We would love stay here again the next time we are in the area.

Sue is great to work with, they go out of their way to accommodate anyone. I would stay there again!! Very quiet neighborhood. The house is off the road with a huge yard.
