House is in a quiet neighborhood but very close to Interstate 24, shopping center, movie theater, restaurants and supermarkets.
Located 25 minutes from downtown Nashville, 20 minutes from Nashville airport and 25 from Franklin.
Open kitchen and dining room, spacious living room with 65inch smart 4k TV. Laundry room with Brand New large washer & dryer.
Loft upstairs has a daybed with two single beds, a 55 inch 4K Smart TV, a rocking chair and foosball table.
Outside Covered patio with grill, table and chairs and privacy fence.
The house has three bedrooms upstairs (one with a king bed, one with a queen bed and one with a full bed)
All the bedrooms are equipped with a Smart TV. Master bedroom has a private bathroom. Second full bathroom upstairs and half bath downstairs.
Parking on Driveway, No garage access.

Loved this home! The backyard was fenced and secure for our Cavalier King Charles Spaniels to roam. Gabriela is very communicative and a wonderful host. I had to extend my stay for one day and it was not a problem. The location is convenient to Nashville and Murfreesboro via I-24 in either direction. Although our visit did not include kids, this would be an excellent choice for a family with 2-3 children. Would definitely stay again when visiting the area.

Great place for our family. Gabriela was available and attentive to our needs over a 20 night stay. Highly recommend!

This property was perfect for a quick trip to visitFamily. Extremely clean, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with the necessities. And access to washer and dryer a hugePlus when you travel with kids. We will definitely stay here again next time we come to visit.
