About this house rental
NEW. Bright and comfortable house for 8 people with terrace and enclosed garden. In a very quiet street that leads to the sea (260m) and the charming customs path (beach at 500m) which allows you to walk for hours by the sea (GR34).
The very pretty port of Le Croisic with its old houses is 750m away: cinema, restaurants, shops and many cultural events in season (concerts, exhibitions, guided tours...). The TGV station is 800m away. PGJyPg
In front of a 9-hectare park planted with holm oaks, with a sports course, football and basketball courts (free access), tennis and padel. Sailing, kayaking, surfing and kite surfing schools, horse riding and golf centre nearby. Free parking in front of the house.

Bedroom 1: double bed with a bay window and a French window that opens onto the garden on the east side with en-suite shower room and separate WC.
Bedroom 2: double bed, garden view on the west side.

Veranda with access to the garden. We keep the garden equipment: parasols, deckchairs, outdoor table and chairs, ping pong table and barbecue.
