Escape to the mountains in this spacious multilevel townhome nestled in the scenic Wildernest area of Silverthorne. With 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and sleeping accommodations for up to 9 guests, this home is perfect for families or groups seeking year-round adventure and relaxation. Bedding includes a king bed, two queens, a twin, and a twin with a trundle—offering flexibility and comfort for everyone.
The main floor welcomes you with a fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and upgraded countertops. The adjacent dining area seats up to 5, with two extensions in the front hall closet and extra chairs in the living room. A convenient half bath is located near the entryway. Relax in the cozy living room with a wood-burning fireplace, TV, and a selection of books and games, or step out onto the private balcony to soak in the gorgeous mountain views.
Head downstairs to find a second spacious living area with plenty of seating, another TV, and access to a large deck with outdoor furniture—perfect for enjoying the crisp mountain air. This level also includes a twin bed, a full guest bathroom, and a guest bedroom with a queen bed and private washer and dryer in the closet. The guest bedroom offers direct en suite access to the bathroom, providing privacy and convenience.

We appreciated the communication before, during and after our stay. We also really valued the attention to detail in providing plenty of supplies needed for guests who are traveling long distances and only staying for a couple of nights. For example, there was plenty of toilet paper in each bathroom, plenty of paper towels, dishwashing and dishwasher detergent. The kitchen is very well stocked with pots, pans, baking dishes, dishes as well as supplies for cooking: flour, olive oil, all kinds of spices. And finally, they had two humidifiers upstairs which are very helpful considering the semi-high altitude.

It was a nice space. We did, however, note that the kitchen floor was very sticky and there was one shampoo and conditioner per bathroom for a party of eight. That obviously was not enough. Also, one of the bathroom doors was easily locked as someone exited and left us without access to it for a full evening and night. That was very inconvenient. Finally got the door opened ourselves the next day.
