As you enter and step two steps down, you’ll arrive at the cozy family living area, featuring a queen-size pullout sofa and a dining set for four.
To the left, you’ll find our famous game room — packed with entertainment for all ages:
Arcade machines, darts, shuffleboard, board games, a large TV, game station, and more. It's so fun, you may never want to leave!
To the right of the family room is the first bedroom with a queen-size bed, and from here you can also enter our chef’s dream kitchen, fully equipped with high-end appliances, a bar area, and even a workspace.
The kitchen flows into a warm and welcoming dining area that seats up to 10 guests, nestled next to a cozy fireplace.
Right beside it, the living area invites you in with a large, plush sofa and a Smart TV—perfect for family movie nights and relaxing after a long day.
From the living room, step outside into our large backyard, complete with multiple furnished seating areas, a gazebo, and even a tangerine tree—a perfect outdoor retreat!
On the other side of the entryway, also two steps down, you’ll find access to the spacious garage (fits 2 cars) and a full bathroom with a shower.

Take the stairs up to the second floor where you’ll find three more bedrooms:
Master Bedroom: King-size bed, private en-suite bathroom with shower, and a walk-in closet.
