• Bunk Room – Perfect for families or groups, featuring two twin bunk beds with trundles, totaling 6 beds, a private balcony, and a retro N64 gaming system for nostalgic fun.
• Living Room – Spacious and inviting, with a pull-out couch featuring a 5-inch memory foam mattress, a cozy fireplace, and a Smart TV for movie nights.

Full access to all of the spaces! Please note the hot tub is seasonal and only open when the pool is not open, per local rules and regulations.
We have a property manager that lives 5 minutes away, but other than that you will get a Yale code before your stay.
No smoking and no parties. Maximum occupancy of 12 guests between the hours of 10PM and 8AM.

Our group of twelve fit perfectly in this home and had an unforgettable stay. The highlight was the hot tub with its completely unobstructed view of the mountain. Watching the slopes from the water was incredible. The indoor sauna was another favorite and made the place feel like our own private lodge. Everyone slept comfortably and the beds were great after long days outside. The fireplace added the perfect touch. The location is ideal with a short walk to Scribner’s for a drink or happy hour after skiing. Truly one of the best stays I have ever had.
