About this house rental
LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!! Directly across the street from Hunter Mountain with views from our home. We are located in Hunter village on main street. You can walk up to the mountain in 5 minutes. Our house has a large full service kitchen, table that sits 12. 1/2 bath located off kitchen. Livingroom has a large screen smart TV. and wifi..A large covered deck off the front of the house with 2 couches to hang on our covered lg porch. Off street parking for 5 cars . Upstairs are 6 bedrooms and 2 full baths and half bath off kitchen . Its the perfect house for a large families or groups of friends! A great location !!! Located conveniently on main street . Huge lawn ! The house set back off the road. Its comfortable ,clean ,cozy and fun.. YOU can really walk easily up to the mountain and never drive, sleeps 15
BEDROOM #1 2queens, one full,, BD #2 a Full BD #3a king BD #4 1 queen 1 twin BD #5 a queen BD #6 2 queens bunked, All bedrooms are upstairs. . We have a strict age limit 25 and older unless your with your parent!!!!! No proms! We have a 3 night min. for any holiday period as well as the fests! We have a lease you must sign which simply states the rules of the house. There are no cleaning fees
We do not allow large groups to party only guest on lease are allowed on our property

We have an extended family, Grammy, Popi, 4 adult children, +spouses, and 5 grand children ranging in age from ages 4 to 15. We needed to find a place on short notice because of an unfortunate last-minute cancellation for a previously scheduled house. The availability of this "Main St" property over Christmas week was an absolute god-send. It is literally a five minute walk to the base lodge of Hunter mountain. While it is located on "Main St" it is set back well enough on the lot to not have been an issue. We had plenty of room in the spacious kitchen and comfortable living room for 14 of us to enjoy time together. We had more than adequate bedroom space to house everyone in private quarters. We will be happy to return for future "extended" family vacations.
