The large, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook for a crowd. With plenty of counter space and a spacious island, there's room for multiple cooks to work at once. It's stocked with all the essentials—pots and pans in a variety of sizes, baking sheets, mixing bowls, cooking utensils, cutting boards, and serving dishes. Enjoy meals at the oversized dining table or spread out on the roomy deck and screened in porch.

There are 3 separate living areas on the main floor - a spacious family room, media room and cozy den as well as a sunny 3 season room off the main living area. A king bedroom and two full baths complete this floor. With a variety of sleeping spaces there is plenty of room for everyone to retreat and relax.

THE LOCATION
This cottage is located just a short walk from Douglas Beach and just 2 miles from award wining Oval Beach known for it's sweeping shoreline and rolling dunes. Downtown Saugatuck is just minutes away or skip driving and take the nearby chain ferry straight to downtown. Douglas is also just a short drive and both enclaves provide an endless array of farm to table dining, breweries, coffee shops, first class shopping and art galleries.

PARKING
There is space for 7 vehicles. Guests are responsible for locating their own parking for any additional vehicles.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Cancel 30 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 14 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT
This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products along with emergency maintenance services.
