Valley View is a 2 bedroom chalet with incredible views and in a quiet location at Norton Park. A great location to explore this area of outstanding natural beauty by car or catch the bus into town just by the entrance to park.
Enter the front door and you are in the generous living dining space with archway to the kitchen and access to the bedrooms and bathroom. The twin bedroom is at the rear of the property and are small and best for children but please enquire if not sure. The double bed room is at the front of the property so you can wake up to a beautiful sunrise.
This property still has a coin meter but you are able to reuse the coins supplied.
THE GOOD HOUSEKEEPING BOND
As per our listing details, we operate using a Good Housekeeping Bond and whilst we do not take a physical deposit, we have up to 14 days after departure to charge for any additional cleaning or damages caused during your stay and not reported. We understand that accidents can happen so please let us know if you have anything to report before your departure. Thank you
- Parties are strictly prohibited this is a quiet residential area not suitable for events
- Extra guests are not allowed unless previously authorised
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property
- We do not allow the use of candles ethanol burners or any other naked flame items. This is a safety precaution to help us prevent a fire starting in the home
- Respect for neighbours is highly appreciated. Please keep the noise down especially after 10pm
- It is not permitted to charge electric vehicles using the property's electricity supply.
