Cocoonr∕Bookandpay agency offers this 35 m² studio for rent in Riorges, which can accommodate up to 3 travellers. Located on the 1st floor without lift, it consists of a 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a separate sleeping area, a shower room with shower. Wifi (fibre optics), sheets and towels included. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- 25 m² living room with TV, dining area and sofa bed
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- A sleeping area with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
The studio is ideally located in Riorges, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
-Parc Beaulieu - large green space ideal for walks or picnics
-Le Scarabée - venue for shows and events (concerts, fairs, exhibitions)
-Musée Joseph-Déchelette - art and archaeology museum in Roanne
-Cinéma Le Grand Palais - modern complex with a varied programme
-Étang du Combray - waterside walks and fishing
-Canal de Roanne à Digoin - perfect for walking, cycling or leisurely strolls
-Saint-Haon-le-Châtel - a charming medieval village to visit
-Riorges market (Wednesday mornings) - fresh, local produce and crafts
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free at the end of the cul-de-sac, just a few metres away, with several parking spaces available.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Riorges train station: 10 minutes' walk
- Roanne station: about 7 minutes by car (TER links to Lyon, Clermont-Ferrand, etc.)
- Lyon - Saint-Exupéry airport: about 1h20 by car
