Vacation home (approx. 65 square meters) completely renovated in 2017, featuring modern, high-quality amenities and a private, sunny garden (southwest-facing). Garden furniture and a parasol are provided. No pets. No smoking.

Sofa bed for one person. Access to the terrace. Separate kitchen with access to the sheltered terrace. Equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, large refrigerator with freezer drawers, coffee maker, pod coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, hand mixer, and immersion blender.
Washing machine, dryer, drying rack, ironing board, and iron are available.
Upper floor: 1 bedroom with a double bed and large closet, flat-screen TV. 1 children’s room with a single bed (90 x 200 cm) and a queen-size bed (140 x 200 cm). Bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, changing table, and travel hair dryer. Family-friendly amenities: Crib with bedding, two high chairs, children’s dishes and cutlery, changing pad, child toilet seat, child-proof covers on low-level outlets. Blackout blinds on all windows.
