Very clean, comfortable townhouse in a great location. The house has been thoughtfully renovated and has all the things you could need for your stay. Lay was a very responsive and helpful host, who gave very clear instructions and helped with parking info when I asked about that. Would highly recommend staying here.

The home was great. It’s a row home that’s been renovated quite beautifully. Honestly, no cons other than parking had some issues there but we knew there was no parking attached to property so really not an issue for this listing. It would be absolutely ideal if it did but space is at a premium in Philly. We were more central than we realized and that meant we could walk around to a lot of places. Our multigenerational family was able to room and eat together vs having to rent two hotel rooms. Enjoyed Philly a lot.
