Welcome to this central Tirana apartment, just 3 minutes from Skanderbeg Square. Located on Durresi Street, it’s close to top sights, transport, shops, and dining—ideal for a convenient stay.
Welcome to this centrally located apartment in Tirana’s historic center, just a 3-minute walk from Skanderbeg Square. Situated on the 4th floor along Durresi Street, the apartment offers easy access to the city’s main attractions. Nearby, you'll find a bus station, supermarket, exchange office, bars, and restaurants. If you're looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Tirana, this apartment is the perfect choice!
The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a former dictatorship-era building—quiet and very safe inside. While there’s no elevator, the space is comfortable and clean, ideal for up to 3 people.
The living room combines with the kitchen, and the dining table is next to a small, charming balcony. There's also a small table and a sofa that can be converted into a bed.
The bedroom features a double bed and a piano room for extra charm. The spacious, clean bathroom includes a hairdryer, washing machine, shampoo, and more for your convenience.
The Neighborhood is easy to find . the host will give to the guest all the instructions how to check in . There is Public Parking near the building (free parking) but we don't own the parking area so we don't guarantee there will be empty space every time of the day. otherwise there is paid parking indoor and outdoor.
I am a licensed Tour guide for Albania, so i would be happy to socialize with my guests , giving them suggestions for places to visit in Tirana and Albania , or even organizing Tours if they would like my support.
Except for the fact that the location of the neighborhood is the Best, Its also quiet, its safe and all the facility that you may need are located not more than 5 minutes walking from the apartment(Starting from the Bars and restaurants and finishing to the barbershop which is also very near).
10 Minutes walking from the Apartment is the most frequented area of Tirana called "Blloku", which is the center of Nightlife and restaurants.
3 minutes walking from the apartment is the Skenderbeg Square, the National Museum, the Mosque, The Gallery of Arts and also the administrative Area of Albania.
2 minutes away from the Kavaja street which is known for Traditional restaurants
10 minutes away from the most interesting and new public area called the NEW MARKET.
