SoInn's Apartament

Ein sehr modern eingerichtetes Apartment mit genügend Platz, kleinem Balkon , zwei separate Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer. Zentrale Lage in der Innenstadt , mit 24 Stunden geöffnetem Supermarkt direkt in der Straße

Sehr versteckt gelegen in einem Wohngebäude ohne Beschilderung und noch ohne Aufzug im 4. Obergeschoss( wurde gerade eingebaut daher teilweise Baulärm ) , keine Parkmöglichkeit am Gebäude , nur Parkmöglichkeit in überteuertem Parkhaus in 200m , nachts recht laut bei geöffneten Fenstern ,

Solnn's apartment is spacious, stylish and comfortable and well located for touring Tirana, a 10 min walk from Skanderbeg Square. Heldi met us to help carry our luggage and open the apartment. He gave us some good recommendations for restaurants. The apartment was surprisingly quiet considering it's location in a dense city neighborhood. Beds were very comfortable. I appreciated the choice of blankets as I find the usual duvets much too warm.

Although we were warned that the construction of an elevator was going on in the building so the hallways would be dusty, that understated the situation. There were piles of .materials and rubble and some steps were crumbling making climbing and descending the stairs to the 3rd floor apartment somewhat challenging. However, an elevator will be a great improvement for future guests! The apartment could use a bit more decorating to make it feel homier. And i would also recommend a more generous supply of towels.

There was no breakfast included but the apartment had great facilities.It would be nice to have normal size mugs though as the coffee mugs were all espresso size :-) This is a really modern well equipped apartment in walking distance from a lot of nice restaurants / markets and bars.

There was a lift being installed which was a bit tricky at times but the host was very helpful at getting us to our apartment.
