The villa accommodates up to 19 guests in six beautifully appointed bedrooms and five bathrooms, with additional sofa and single beds available upon request. Inside, guests are welcomed into an atmosphere of timeless elegance: vaulted ceilings, antique terracotta floors, curated vintage furnishings, and hand-crafted details are paired with modern comforts such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen with fireplace, espresso machine, dishwasher, and laundry facilities.
Outside, the private swimming pool (6x8 m) overlooks the bay and can be heated on request (extra charge of €500). The expansive outdoor spaces are designed for relaxation and entertaining, featuring alfresco dining areas, sun loungers, outdoor showers, a barbecue, and shaded pergolas. Free private parking for three cars is included. Daily cleaning (except the day after check-in), linen change, and all utilities are also provided. Access to the villa is via a scenic stairway of approximately 110 steps, leading guests into a serene retreat of elegance, comfort, and spectacular natural beauty.
