About this house rental
Elegant residential house of 150 m 2, located in Larmor-Plage at 500 m from the beach, with pleasant enclosed garden and offering a complete equipment.

- An entrance with corridor leading to a large living room, with television, two sofas and desk area with piano
- A fully equipped open kitchen overlooking the dining room

- A 1st bedroom with 1 double bed 160 cm, dressing room and private bathroom (shower, sink)
- A 2nd bedroom with a double bed 140 cm, closed by curtains. (Openwork door).
- A 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds 90 cm
- A bathroom with shower and bath
- WC
- A laundry room with washing machine and dryer

- A beautiful garden fenced and planted, with terrace to the west and garden furniture.
South-facing windows in the living room.
