Relax with the whole family at this peaceful getaway in Wintergreen Resort, VA. This single-story home features two primary suites, three full bathrooms, laundry facilities, and a fully stocked kitchen. Outside, enjoy a unique flat lot, ample parking, a hot tub, outdoor fireplaces, a covered patio, and more. Just minutes from all the attractions Wintergreen has to offer, this home is perfect for any season!
A unique feature to this home is that it is a single-story home, located on a flat lot with lots of parking available.
Wintergreen Resort has so many wonderful things to do and experience all throughout the year! Paradise Peak is located just over a mile from the ski slopes and only a few minutes’ drive from various dining options, attractions, and hiking opportunities at Wintergreen. If you’re open to traveling a bit further, you’ll find some of the finest hiking trails in the state along the Blue Ridge Parkway, which is a mere 15 minutes from the house. Additionally, there are over a dozen wineries, breweries, and distilleries within a 30-minute drive. During the summer months, you can relax at Sherando Lake and Lake Monocan, both featuring sandy beach entrances, or take a refreshing swim in the heated community pool.

- BR 1: Primary 1- King bed, sofa and Ensuite with double vanity, soaker tub and walk in shower.
-BR 2: Primary 2- King bed, sofa and Ensuite with double vanity, and walk in shower.
-BR 3: Queen bedroom, large TV, closet.
-BR 4: Bunk bed with a full on the bottom, a twin on top and also crib
- Full bath in hallway with Tub and shower combo
Living Space:
-Living room with propane fireplace and Smart TV
- 6 person dining table with additional seating at the bar top
- Fully stocked kitchen
Lots of sofa space and chairs for relaxing for the whole family
Outdoor Space
Fully covered patio with fireplace and ample seating and outdoor dining table.

There is a crib provided as well as a pack and play available.

- Wifi is fast with a strong signal throughout the house and decks.
- We provide a fully stocked coffee bar with a drip coffee maker.
- Linens and towels provided
- Guests can enjoy free community pool access in the summer season (though the HOA rules stipulate no more than 6 guests at a time, and the permitted hours are 2-6pm).
- The property is not pet friendly, but note that owners occasionally bring their dog so we don't recommend the property for guests with severe allergies.
- We do require a separate rental agreement, which we will send a link to e-sign after you book. There are no additional fees beyond those listed here.

Great house and nice location! Plenty of room for 8 of us to spread out, enjoy meals seated together, and cozy up in the living room at night. The hosts are very friendly and helpful and the property is in wonderful condition. We would all stay here again! Restaurants, breweries, and more nearby. Hot tub was a treat to enjoy. Multiple fire pits. Super spacious accommodations. House was well stocked with tons of kitchen supplies, board games, laundry supplies, bathroom toiletries and more. We had a great stay! The house was everything we needed. We brewery and winery hopped by day and the house was a perfect place to relax at night.

The house was roomy and well designed. I liked having two master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. There were also two other bedrooms that shared a bath. When we checked in, the refrigerator was not working properly, and the owner brought and installed a brand-new unit the next day.
