Park to Park Kingdom is part of the Park to Park Vacation portfolio of vacation homes in the prestigious Windsor Hills community, less than 3 miles from the gates of Walt Disney World.
This is a 5 bedroom 5 bathroom villa, accommodating a max of 12 guests and is completely renovated. Our villa has everything that you and your loved one's need in a vacation home.

Park to Park Kingdom has 24/7 security with camera at the front door and a unique key code for smart lock so you do not have to track keys during your stay.
Local 7 day/365 Welcome Center with guest services staff available 24 hrs. Windsor Hills is a gated, exclusive resort.
If you have visiting guest that you would like to have come visit, please email homeowner ASAP. If visiting guests meet criteria of what is allowed, they will be granted front gate access for allowed day. Guest will not be able to enter into Windsor Hills without being granted access by owner.
Clubhouse facilities are free to use for guests residing at the property. Wristbands should be collected at the clubhouse to use the facilities, maximum 12 wristbands are allowed for each reservation.
Getting Around: Taxi, Uber(etc.)
NO shuttle is available
Parking: No more than 3 cars are allowed at the villa. If you are bringing in RV or other large vehicles, advise the owner as permission from resort management is required prior to booking to confirm its parking spot.
Linen, Bath/Pool towels provided at no extra charge during your stay (limited number of washcloths are provided per stay due to sanitary purposes, please consider bringing your own)
NO SMOKING OR VAPING in the home or any surrounding area.
This property requires a $500 refundable Security deposit. It will be collected separately 3 days before check-in and refunded 7 days after check-out unless contacted. There are outdoor security cameras at the property.
NO PARTIES allowed. NO PETS (service dogs welcome with advanced notice, signed agreement and requested documentation.)
This is a Self-Catering property, but we provide starter items including soap, detergents, toiletries. *
Wall decor and other home furnishing may or may not be pictured due to previous guest damage or to better our home. We strive to make sure our home is always being represented with the greatest in quality care. *

I cannot recommend booking Park to Park enough! The location is unbeatable, putting us near all desired parks, Walmart, food spots, local shopping but with the safety of a gated family friendly resort community and resort amenities. 🏠
-Spacious living space, large bedrooms with full bathrooms, clean decorating
-Two nearby parks within walking distance
-Situated near the end of a quiet street
-NO rear neighbors and you get to view a beautiful sunset as you listen to the fountain in the pond to the rear of the home
-Warm pool 🌞 our family has stayed in homes where we had to $ for pool heat but they didn't compare to the comfort of this pool temperature
-Beautiful wildlife including sandhill crane and a variety of lizards
-Spacious lanai with a table, couch and TV
-This home included fans, strollers, games, toys, PLENTY of linens and towels, kid friendly kitchen items
- AC on both floors 🙌 and in the theater room
Our host, Rita, was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making the entire process a breeze.
Every detail of the stay exceeded our expectations. An easy five stars and I never leave ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

House was perfect for our family. Close to everything. Kids really enjoyed the theater room and games. Only thing we didn’t like was we could not control the heat or air in the house. Had to call Rita whenever it was to cold or warm. She was very attentive and took care of everything right away. Would stay again!

Our Disney trip with our children and grandchildren was truly special. The house itself was fantastic, designed for families with children. A private pool and a theater room were huge hits with everyone. The community was equally impressive, it was quiet and well maintained. Such a safe and welcoming environment with a water park, a pool and lots of activities for the kids. Best of all, the parks were just minutes away making it easy to come and go. The owner was very responsive for any questions or concerns we had. We would stay again and would highly recommend it.
