This is a 5 bedroom 5 bathroom villa, accommodating a max of 12 guests and is completely renovated. Our villa has everything that you and your loved one's need in a vacation home.

Park to Park Kingdom has 24/7 security with camera at the front door and a unique key code for smart lock so you do not have to track keys during your stay.
Local 7 day/365 Welcome Center with guest services staff available 24 hrs. Windsor Hills is a gated, exclusive resort.
If you have visiting guest that you would like to have come visit, please email homeowner ASAP. If visiting guests meet criteria of what is allowed, they will be granted front gate access for allowed day. Guest will not be able to enter into Windsor Hills without being granted access by owner.
Clubhouse facilities are free to use for guests residing at the property. Wristbands should be collected at the clubhouse to use the facilities, maximum 12 wristbands are allowed for each reservation.
Getting Around: Taxi, Uber(etc.)
NO shuttle is available
Parking: No more than 3 cars are allowed at the villa. If you are bringing in RV or other large vehicles, advise the owner as permission from resort management is required prior to booking to confirm its parking spot.
Linen, Bath/Pool towels provided at no extra charge during your stay (limited number of washcloths are provided per stay due to sanitary purposes, please consider bringing your own)
NO SMOKING OR VAPING in the home or any surrounding area.
This property requires a $500 refundable Security deposit. It will be collected separately 3 days before check-in and refunded 7 days after check-out unless contacted. There are outdoor security cameras at the property.
NO PARTIES allowed. NO PETS (service dogs welcome with advanced notice, signed agreement and requested documentation.)
This is a Self-Catering property, but we provide starter items including soap, detergents, toiletries. *
Wall decor and other home furnishing may or may not be pictured due to previous guest damage or to better our home. We strive to make sure our home is always being represented with the greatest in quality care. *

Our Disney trip with our children and grandchildren was truly special. The house itself was fantastic, designed for families with children. A private pool and a theater room were huge hits with everyone. The community was equally impressive, it was quiet and well maintained. Such a safe and welcoming environment with a water park, a pool and lots of activities for the kids. Best of all, the parks were just minutes away making it easy to come and go. The owner was very responsive for any questions or concerns we had. We would stay again and would highly recommend it.

Attended the Southern Region Oireachtas Irish Dance competition! Had a wonderful time and the house was amazing. The kids enjoyed the themed rooms and getting to watch Christmas movies in the theatre.

We stayed in this lovely villa for 28 nights from 9th July 2025. Villa was excellent. Great views from the pool with fantastic sunsets . Sun covered pool from around 11 am . We had so much area to enjoy. TV outside great but the massive projected tv in theatre was amazing. I watched some of the golf from the Open there. Owner was always available . We didn’t really need her mulch but great to meet her and her husband as they were in their town house at Windsor hills on holiday too. I can’t recommend this property enough. So close to Disney ,restaurants and importantly lol …..Walmart. If you make a reservation I am sure you will not be disappointed one bit.
