About this house rental
Welcome to the Chalet on 4th! This 4 bedroom / 2 full bath lakefront getaway is situated on the South Shore of 4th Lake. Offering unobstructed views of the lake and 105 feet of sandy beach frontage. The master suite with a king bed has a beautiful picture window overlooking the lake. Another guest bedroom with queen and bathroom are right off the great room. On the lower, walk-out level there are 2 more bedrooms, one with 1 kingand the other 2 doubles as well as an additional family room. With a fully-equipped kitchen, family dinners will be a breeze. On chilly evenings enjoy the wood-burning, stone fireplace. 4th Lake give you access to all the restaurants and shops from Inlet to Old Forge. The dock can accommodate 2 large boats. Easy docking and centrally located. Take a short boat ride across the lake for lunch or dinner - Daiker's and Great Pines are so close! This home has a charcoal & propane grill, drip & keurig coffee maker. Linens are not included - You must bring your own sheets and towels. Available for Rent - Weekly in the Summer and 2-night min. in the Fall and Spring.
Winter in Upstate New York offers diverse outdoor activities, especially in the Adirondack towns of Old Forge, Inlet, and Eagle Bay. Enjoy skiing at McCauley Mountain or cross-country skiing and snowshoeing at Fern Park and Adirondack Woodcraft Camps. Known as the 'Snowmobiling Capital of the East,' our region features 500 miles of groomed trails. After your adventures, relax at local bars and restaurants or explore the charming streets filled with shops and attractions.

This property was exactly as described in the listing, and was a wonderful place to spend my wife's retirement weekend. Being that it is right on 4th lake, I was able to launch my boat at the State launch in Inlet, and dock it right at the house. It easily accommodated 8 adults, and was well stocked with everything we could have needed, including seasoned wood for the enormous fire pit. I would not hesitate to recommend this property, and will definitely rent it again in the future.

The view of the lake sitting by the fireplace was great the rustic chalet was perfect for a girls trip we had plenty of room for 6 woman the wood burning fireplace inside was the place to be at night
