We really liked the location because it is near the bus and metro station (they are literally across the street), there are a lot of grocery stores surrounding the apartment. It is spacious and there are two bathrooms. The apartment was clean.
The sewage system was not good, it caused water to build up in the shower and in the sink.
The host wanted to fix it.
Maybe it is cultural thing, but we think that for overall experience it is a plus to meet the host or for them to give their guests some local recommendations about the citty that they are visiting.
But overall the apartment was a good experience and I would recommend it.

The location was excellent, 3 minutes from the metro station and about 5 from bus stations. The kitchen had everything we needed, including coffee pods for the machine. The host was really helpful and responsive to messages and answered promptly all of our questions, even if they weren't related to the apartment only.
One of the bed matresses was a bit unconfortable, but related to the price it wasn't a big deal.

Il servizio, mancava sapone per le mani è necessario per la doccia. Inoltre una stanza e i bagni fin troppo piccoli, quasi da mancarti l’aria. Da migliorare anche pulizia e infissi un pò datati
