The property was in a great location, in the heart of downtown Boston. It was much more affordable than all other similar apartments for a last minute booking. The place was clean and there is more space than the pictures show. Communication from the owners was quick and provided everything we needed.
There could have been more towels available for the stay.

Location is outstanding! Owners/booking agency were very responsive (often within minutes!!) and we were able to easily purchase an early check-in for 2pm. Love the keypad access and not having to deal with keys/keycards. Spacious and tons of windows/light.
Almost every window blinds set was broken or inoperable, the TV would not work, and the coffee maker wouldn't drip down into the carafe fast enough causing the grounds to overflow.

The set up was comfortable and functional. The beds were very comfortable. Questions I had to staff were answered promptly. The location was perfect.
The windows did not close well and although the heating system worked well, there was always a draft coming from the windows. Also, it would have been nice to have a folder with addresses of places to eat or shop. And an instruction booklet to how to use the television. There was nothing in the cabinets to start us off so everything food wise had to be bought, so directions to a supermarket would have been appreciated.
