I love that everything you may need is within walking distance.
There is an elevator, but it doesn't always work. However, I just spent a week in unit 502 and the elevator worked all week.

Location location location. Great that we had our own space …2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and communal space too. Communication was excellent ☺️.
Could have done with having a washing machine as we have been travelling but we found a service laundrette nearby. Not a criticism but the flat is I need of some TLC …lots of repair patches that just needed painting over. Check in could be early as 5pm quite late.

The property was in a great location, in the heart of downtown Boston. It was much more affordable than all other similar apartments for a last minute booking. The place was clean and there is more space than the pictures show. Communication from the owners was quick and provided everything we needed.
There could have been more towels available for the stay.

Location is outstanding! Owners/booking agency were very responsive (often within minutes!!) and we were able to easily purchase an early check-in for 2pm. Love the keypad access and not having to deal with keys/keycards. Spacious and tons of windows/light.
Almost every window blinds set was broken or inoperable, the TV would not work, and the coffee maker wouldn't drip down into the carafe fast enough causing the grounds to overflow.
