Secure, central apartment which was optimal for our group. It was in a good location for access to South Station, North Station & other food/retail facilities. The apartment had all the facilities we needed & the beds were great (it’s rare you find a bed, which is as comfy as your own at home!)
If we had to be picky, there were a couple cosmetic things, like missing toilet paper holder in the en-suite. Some peeling wallpaper etc. But nothing that caused any major inconsistencies. The hosts were extremely responsive and proactive about anything we raised & I am certain that if I had mentioned the paper holder, it would be actioned promptly.

Great location, spacious, fast communication from maintenance
This is not a luxury apartment as advertised , more like a basic accommodation. All amenities are basic. AC is loud. AC stopped working halfway through our stay. The maintenance team installed two window units instead of fixing the central AC. Window units were very loud, we had to turn them off during the night as we could not sleep from the noise they created. They also did not cool the living room.
