Proximité de la route très passante, pas de terrasse mais un pseudo balcon à l'arrière sans super accès pour étendre les linges

L'appartamento è come da descrizione, spazioso è arredato bene. La vicinanza al mare, si trova in una via parallela dal lungomare e dalla stazione ferroviaria. Sotto l'appartamento c'è un supermercato. I doppi vetri perché si trova ad un pianterreno alto ma su una strada molto trafficata.
Il rumore del traffico, con le finestre aperte è insopportabile. La mancanza di zanzariere in quanto ci sono parecchie zanzare e la mancanza di alcuni servizi presenti in descrizione, tipo il bollitore, il kit di cortesia, il forno a microonde, la lavastoviglie. Mancava anche l'asciugacapelli ma il gestore è stato gentile e facendogliolo presente me l'ha portato.
